My recently aquired '42 WC-63 6x6 had a bent frame, the right reamost section (about 3 feet long) was bent downward about 1". In preparation of installing a WW2 vintage St. Paul Hydraulic dump bed,I neede to straighten the frame first so the hoist sub-frame would sit correctly. It was quite easy, all I needed was a 8" 13# 10ft piece of I beam, a couple grade 80 3/8 chains, a 20 ton jack and the good old torch! The whole project took less than 20 minutes!
