The Crewcab certainly has a lift. Here is a W100 without a lift, running 44's he has cut the fenders quite a bit. I watched this truck tackle some pretty rough obstacles without serious fender rub.
The 100 and 200 frames are arched over the axles, the 300 frame is straight and larger than the 100-200 frames. If you look at the front of a 300 you will see a 6"+/- lower valance under the grill to compensate for that frame differance.
Also Ross at Bills site or numerous guys at my DTA Forum site have 300's and can answer specific questions about what you are trying to achieve.
