WC 52-WM300 Repower

I have a WWII WC 52 that has a frozen engine, but I also have a good 230 ci out of a 1960 WM300. Will this engine swap work? I though that maybe trans and bellhousing may be different due to the syncro and non syncro transmissions in the two trucks. Will the motor mounts still be the same? Thanks for any input. Mike
