230ci motor starter 6- 12 -24 volt is there any mounting dif

Are there different starters for the 230ci engine other tha the volts or the way they mount to the bellhousing?, are there different number of teeth ? are the 251 the same also?? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Doug Boeve
