it is very sluggish when turned over even when the battery has a full charge.if it has jumped time would the rotor button still be turning? there is also alot of play in the rotor button, i can turn it backwards about half way of the distributor. is this normal? sorry it took so long to reply i'm down in ga. and the storms have been keeping us without power alot.
