Small Block in a M-37 Cost??

Just thinking out loud but what are the costs to put a small block Chevy or? in a M-37 with out a Trans change,radiator change ect just to install the engine to where it will make it go? Brackets, adapters for the bell housing if made ect. I can figure the engine cost, exsaust/cooling system, throttle and wireing. Just wondering for a upgrade on HP not speed. I have a Nice M-37 Stock Rebuilt Complete Engine I could sell to off set this but realy never thought about it. It's just that a Sm Block engine is so much cheaper than what my M-37 engine is worth that is what got me to thinking. Thanks, Mark H.
