11.00 x 16 XL tires

Just purchased 11.00 x 16 XL Michelin tires on Ebay. I will pick up in a week or two, but I need information on the tube,flap,etc. Question is, can they be run tubeless if my rims are converted from the split style to standard? Any advantage if so? If not, what's the lowest cost way to go with tubes?
