Hey Robert, that red w300 that I have came w/ a credit card sized plastic card that ID's it as a City Of Lake Arrowhead Fire District truck. If I had all the time in the world I would look through the old library newspaper records to see if it shows up anywhere. I hope you can find out more about your trucks history. Kurt
