Tire questions, Wade/Coker profiles?

I have found two suppliers for NDT tires for my civilian Power Wagon. They are 9.00 X 16 military style tires. The two suppliers are Wade Wallace and Coker.

Are they supplied from the same source?

The tires shown in the magazines have a very square profile....is that the way they should be?

Are there other suppliers?

Any preferences for one supplier or the other (I do see that Wade Wallace is less expensive)
