Radiator

My neighbor has a radiator that he said came out of an old dodge 4x4 and has the numbers 1272446R and the necessary CDDP. It is a honey comb and it is in good shape . He took it off to have it rodded out and sold the truck while it was off. It has been barn kept for over 45 years. If anyone knows what it fits, let me know.
