That is a Mack "Junior", their early version pick up. However, the bed doesnt appear to be the standard. I believe on the original "pick up", the rear wheels were skirted by more scalloped fenders and were not so rearwardly positioned. I think that is a special service body.
Still, its a beautiful truck.
