Per 'Click and Clack',a "Clunker" is a vehicle that you need to use special knowledge to keep going. Ya know, like jiggling the door handle to get in. Why don't you fix it? Only tools required are screwdriver and propane torch. Just remove the filler (hose clamps ), solder a length of 3/8 bendable fuel line into filler so it extends to top of tank inlet. Put cut-off end near gas cap, factory end inwards so as to act to funnel escaping air past incoming fuel.
