little OFF topic HELP, 92 CTD

Got no park or tail lites, horn works (same fuse?) no power to dash lamp fuse. Anyone know the line of power delivery from the h/l sw or the wire colour coming out of the switch harness feeding the park lites. If any of that ramble makes sence, please help! Thanks in advance, Regards, George.
