To drive 20mph on the ranch, and it has not given you trouble yet, just get the axle back in and run it.

It might break someday, but at 15-20mph all that should happen is you will come to an unexpected stop.

If you had any plans to use this truck on a road, or at higher speeds, I would replace the axle if the tire leans, and the spacing between the backing plate and drum was not even.
