Dan, I might be able to help you out - a little bit. I don't have everything you need, but here's a set of extensions and front bumperettes with some goofy (firefighting) stuff welded on. They had some tow bar thing, and the other stuff braced up a platform that they stood on. They're missing one of the bracing side pieces (connect the extensions and bumpers top and bottom, one top is missing) Some cuttin' and some grindin', and they'd be better than nothing!
