I don't think the frame or the springs, or the axle are up to the task of holding up a 4BT.

I have ridden in Paul's truck, and it is a sweet setup, but the conversion is not for the feint of heart, or a truck that can not handle the weight.

I may be wrong, as Bruce has a 4BT in his 1/2 ton WWII truck (which are also not known for having super strong frames), but I think he has an M-37 front axle in it.
