Both images appear to be from the same shoot. Notice the one with the Lady and dogs is a reverse image, steering wheel on the wrong side and POWER WA is a mirror image. then notice the drooping duct tape in both images and the same hat/coat on Peter.
Found several articles with the test on the award, but none using the referenced photo.
