Trans Help

I found a studabaker 6x6 with flathead 6 and a 5speed OD trans. Does anybody know if the trans will fit a chevy setup? Would like to use it behind my 4bt cummins. The only thing I could read on the trans is made in Muncie,IN. It has PTO on both sides also. Any info would be appretiated. Bob Jr
