Picture from the Dodge Trucks Special Equipment Manual:
The swivel frame was produced by the Truckstell company in Cleveland Ohio.
The only details I have are from an advertisement in the 1955 Dodge Special
Equipment Manual, which is a book that has options for Dodge Trucks.
"Swivel frame consists of a heavy duty box section, with frame interliner,
fastened firmly to the forward half of the truck frame...a similar section
fastened to the rear...both coupled by high strength alloy steel tube which
acts as a swivel point between cab and body. The resulting Swivel Frame
assembly is guaranteed stronger than the original truck frame."
