Yes they will fit and yes they will work. But this is a big step backwards because the '41 gears are weaker. I don't recommend it. You can get 4.89 gearsets for the M37 from M.A.R.S., but they ain't cheap. You can also get the adaptors from Snake River 4x4 to put Gama Goat tires on your M37 and gain more ground clearance and top end, and still be able to swap back to the original tires when you want. The cost for his adaptors, surplus Gama Goat tires and rims and bolt kit and a spare tire is about the same as a gear change, and far cheaper than going to the giant Michelin 1100x16 tires, which with a spare will set you back about $2200+.
