How do fix a rust hole

I have a rust hole in the bottom corner of my right front fender on my 77 W-100. it goes all the way through. How do I fix this?? Iam getting really impatent with my truck, and am about to the point where I am going to stop my frame up and just ae-assemble it. And sugguestions?? My only thought was just buy a new fender.
