have known local schools to paint vehicles in auto shop as a project-- they learn-- you get a paint job. also had a guy suggest to me that i talk to a motorpool locally to have a camo paint job done on my m-37. this guy paid the seargent money that was used for a 'morale boosting party' around christmas. be inventive --- dont paint with a brush...
