$550 a month on the low end, $800 a month on the high end.
The actual range is from about $400 to $1,500 plus for all types of apartment, but I was talking about 1 bedrooms unfurnished, utlities extra in average loctions.
At $650 a month you need $7,800 to pay rent alone, so that $6600 would not even cover rent here!
