It looks to be a 1952 or 53 with the original engine and cab.
Interesting note, the serial number for this truck is:
83929664 and the body tag is 5182-6647
The next truck I have in my spreadsheet is:
83929665 which has the body tag 5182-6646
One tag is one number up, and the other is one number down, neat huh!
