Same scrap Yard has a 4-53 Detroit out of a log skidder. If you had W500 and you wanted a nice big loud diesel engine this old girl might be the ticket. The guy is being coy about the price, but I bet it could be had for a couple of hunderd bucks. It's a good running takeout.
I'll put the coals to him if someone wants it.
