Surplus HUMVEE tires

Has anyone run military surplus Hummer tires on their rig? I am considering a set of the radial 37x12.5x16.5s. I would like to know how loud they are on the road and how they handle and wear. If you have ever run the bias-ply 36x12.5x16.5s, I would be interested in how those were also.

PS I know these have to go on 16.5 inch rims.
