have you ever ordered either of these parts?

Just wondering if the application isnt for a civilian 2 wheel drive WC, and not a military 4x4 WC?

Can anybody tell me if they have ever ordered them and if they are indeed correct
pat numbers of a tie rod)(s) for the military 4x4 application or not?
