If it's a 1936-1939 then it's a Montipeller Cab on a Dodge frame. Dodge first introduced their own COE, as a 1940 model, in September of 1939. Some got titled as 1939's, but are 1940 production models. If it is a Montipeller COE then seveal of us would be interested in knowing more about it, since not many of these have shown up yet.
