Need help with poly 318!!!!

I got my 318 back in the TW but it will not start. We have gone through everything, new points and condenser, new plugs, switched coils, checked and rechecked timing. The best we can get is it wants to start but just won't, any ideas we are fresh out. I want to leave tomorrow for Vermont and may load it up to see if anyone there has an idea. We are at our wits end as to why it won't run since everything points to being where it should.
