Manny is a stand up guy, my dealings with him were A++++++. Still use that truck weekly.

Aside from the threats (yea a real tough guy who threatens over the phone or email ya know)
Tell him to kiss your ass and give him 7 days to pick up the trailer, if he files bad feedback just place in your opportunity to respond that anyone should and can email you for a full story.
