Weaving is caused by loading with not enough tongue weight. Sorta like a dart, the weight has to be in front of the resistance. Just load your trailer with 60% of the weight in front of it's axle, or 10% tongue weight- load it so the truck bumper sags a bit.
Also, remove the axles, cut the shaft, and replace the 'hub caps' so you don't turn the gears when towing, otherwise Mike W is right on.
