I know the tires and auction you're talking about, I see it on e-Bay every now and then too. Good call on the 'weird vibe' part, I've e-mailed him in the past and I think Judd's talked to this guy too. He's got the surplus but... I dunno'. I'd be more than happy to run and pick them up some weekend if you're going to bid (I wouldn't even bid, just call him and cut a deal). I'll be in Kearney, NE (about an hour from Lexington) next Tuesday if you make a deal.
