Hey Marty,
In my mail today was the October(?) issue of Vintage Truck magazine.
On page 20 is a beautiful 1940 Dodge COE. Modified running gear, auto, air, etc, but on the outside all Dodge. It's a beauty.
The owner lives in Longview, Texas.
I thought of you when I saw the article.
Gotta love those COEs.
