A few years ago there was a fully restored '47 Dodge COE with a 318 (conversion?) parked behind Henley's Key Service in Colorado Springs (719) 632-6282. One of the Henley staff told me he used it to tote his classic Dodge cars to car shows.
If more modern iron would do, within the past year I saw a '57 Dodge (the fenders are 57 style but I now understand that it could also be a 58 - DonE may chime in here) boom truck in Canyon Truck junk yard in Canon City, CO (719) 275-5236 - talk to Butch. It has very complete COE style cab and fenders, and a very large crew cab behind the main cab which could be converted to a sleeper cab. It has dual rear wheels with a 14' utility bed which could be removed and a flat hauler bed installed, and what looks to be a 315 engine.
