I only pay for trucks bought. 99% of the time the owner is "going to restore it someday" also the same truck though buried in 6 feet of brush "ran when parked and wont take much to get it going again"
So far the UPS guy has $40 yup I'm cheap but he's driving around getting paid anyways.
