Hi Greg, I have a Hobart Handler 140, runs on 110. It will do up to 3/8 on a single pass. It takes care of my body work needs well but I have resigned my heavier welding to the shop down the street. If I had to do it again, I would get a 220 volt, with at least 175 and aim more towards a 240 Amp. Good luck with your decision ! Alan Koester
