Hi Jim,
I have the Lock-Rites in the rear of my 57 FF and have had good luck with them. At ther Iowa Rally, several of us went on a trail ride. I was following George scott in his Lock-Rite eguipped truck. When we would get to a really slimey section of the trail, I would see the rear of his truck crab out to the side. Thinking at first it was his choice of where on the trail he chose to go, I would alter my approach to avoid his trouble and find my rear crabbing out the same as his. I havent noticed this in snow, and that is where the majority of my 4 wheel drive work is done. I had headr of this tendency before but hadnt experienced it before that. Even so, they do increase your traction greatly and I would reccomend them.
