I couldn't find that size on the Michelin site (http://www.michelintruck.com/michelintruck/productguide/newprod/TireSpecs.jsp?tread=XZL), but it look slike the MAx Speed is 55 MPH.

So if you had a V-8 and the 5.89 gears and no overdrive, you would need to keep the RPM's under 2,100. Not a bad crusing speed on the engine.
