It sounds like the Forest Service personnel have way too much time on their hands to harrass people like him. What is the old saying...idleness is the devil's workshop?
JUst think what it would be like if Kerry gets elected. There will be many more incidents of beaurocrats on people's backs in the name of "the environment".
