I had my WDX radiator recored in 1988. It cost me a little over $300.00 at that time. That has been so long ago, it is not a very good comparison for you, but here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
The local shop I had do the work found listings for the correct core from 3 different manufacturers. None of them kept that core in stock because there was such a small demand for it. The manufacturer that they ended up getting it from had to special make it. Also the Power-Wagon radiator is somewhat unique in that it is referred to as a "fold over design". This describes how the core attaches to the tanks. Many shops do not like working with this style of connection, if they even know how to do it in the first place. Big trucks and bulldozers typically use this design. If you go with a shop that has been in business for many years, and does work on the big equipment, you should have better luck than the newer chain type businesses.
