I think it is fake...

A TE-20 is a 1939 1 ton if my books are correct, and as the only 1939 factory 4wd was the 1 1/2 ton, I don't think this is real.

There are other issues, the engine is a T207, which is an early 1941 1/2 ton 4wd motor.

The axles/rims look to be from a T207 style truck, not a VC style rim which was more of a dish.

I already E-mailed the seller asking for the frame number, my guess is this is a Open Cab Weapons Carrier, or some other WWII 1/2 ton chassis with a 39 cab and front clip added.

Once I get the frame number we will know for sure, but I am 95% positive it is a WWII 1/2 ton 4wd chassis with a 1939 cab and front clip added.
