I used a stock PW Radiator with my 318 conversion. Here are the Part #'s for the NAPA hoses which fit nice.

Gates 25526 top hose

Gates 25530 Lower hose.
Gates 25480 Lower Hose
I forget which one I used for the lower hose, both numbers are in my book, with no indiacation which one was used.
