I made the comment about a Power Wagon Registry 5+ years ago on this forum and no one seemed to be real interested.
The Dodge Charger Registry has been going on now 25+ years.
A few pointers that might be good for the PWR........
Dont display names and info of trucks on-line in open view that could help someone steal a truck!
Remember a registry is something to keep track of all vehicles. Try to account for all of the vehicles made.
Only let vehicles register if you have something solid on where the truck is at or what happened to it. Do you know where Clint D's warranty card VIN truck is at now or what happened to it?
Register it if it is restored or got wrecked or parts truck or what ever. If you got solid knowledge of what happened to the where abouts then register it!
I'd put online the serial # Location and a picture and leave it at that!
Also whats a registry going to be used for? Will the people running the registry be able to talk to restoration company's and show them a list of how many Power Wagons are still there and maybe help company's justify making some aftermarket parts?!?!
