ARGH! I can't close my door!

My drivers side door worked fine two days ago. Then yesterday, BAM! It's sagging. Can I replace the hinge pins? Is it hard? Where do I get them? I think the real problem is that the cab mount might have let go and allowed something to move a little bit. :( I don't want that to stop me from going to Ouray, though, even if I have to tie the door closed. :)
