I believe that a mercedes diesel would be in a dodge truck before a Caterpillar to replace the Cummins. The biggest fear would be buyership would drop considerably because people buy Dodge because of the Cummins Diesel.
That was the big rumor prior to this new body style that we have now.
Keep in mind that the retro powerwagon is powered by a 6 cylinder Caterpillar.
I too would love to have a Caterpillar under the hood as I was around them all the time when I was a kid.
