Shoes are with cylinders, pads with calipers. If you have hand strength, shoe return springs can be removed by clamping with vise grips, and pulling off. Otherwise you'll need a special funny pair of pliers with a hook on one jaw and a point on the other. Hook onto spring, point gets stuck into lining, sqeeze together and remove spring, on FF swing shoes outward for room to work. On others, remove hold down springs with pliers, delicatly disengage from emergency brake link, and remove both shoes and adjuster at bottom as a complete assy. Do one side at a time, so you have a model for re assembly.
