I have a friend that specializes in high quality restoration work and in the near future he will be installing web cams in the body shop so customers can log in and watch the progress of the work being done to their vehicle, hopefully it will become a standard practice for the auto body industry and eliminate the dishonest operations that specialize in ripping off decent people.
