Not that rare. They show up for sale reasonably often. There are many PWs that are much more rare such as the swivel frames, crew cabs and one off specialty trucks. Basically your talking about an empy shell of a truck. Price should be less than a $1000 unless it is in excellent shape body wise. It will take a lot of money to fill that shell back up with parts and a motor.
