ok, I'm really curious now at how good this shock contraption is on this series of truck? Is it fluid or mechanical? Are they on the rears as well? Do you have any and how much? (the brain is spinning)

What is the reasoning behind the wrapping around the spring? Is this to keep sand/mud/debris from getting between the leaves? Is it pasked with grease?
