aAtaching tailgate hinges etc. on flatfender box

I am working on the bed of my 53 B4 and have some questions on re-assembly. How does the tailgate fit? Do the two end pivot things bolt to the reat bed pockets? How does the center hinge fit? I would really like a photo of the st up if possible
